INDIAN CUISINE

Haji Karim Prata Place was opened in 2002 and during their 15 years of operation, they have changed the boss once. The first boss was a Muslim but it was bought over by an Indian Muslim man. The store is open daily and it operates 24 hours so for those who want to grab a quick bite or supper can head down here as they sell Indian Muslim food and beverages.

Their customers are mostly students and office workers as it is walking distance from ITE College central and the neighborhood estates to the restaurant.

Some of their famous dishes include their Indian rojak.

The origins is made in Kedah by Malay villagers, later having learn the recipe from them, Tamil Muslim rojak vendors used modified sidecar motorcycles as preparation counters and to peddle their rojak.

What I like about Indian rojak is the sauce and fried bean curd as it is made for each other for the taste.

One interesting fact about this place is they offer milo tower which is pretty rare in Singapore so if you want to try drinking milo from a tower; this is the place to go.

Overall the place has a nice ambience and the prices for the food are value for money as it is tasty and affordable.
